The Regional Innovation Management Center implemented an awareness campaign called “Dare to Say ‘YES‘ to retrofitting.” This initiative was planned at a national level and aimed to motivate the community to take a more active part in the apartment house retrofitting program. This, in turn, was the key priority when it came to increasing the energy efficiency of multi-family houses.
The social experiment resulting from the initiative also helped community members to look at the issue from different angles and perspectives. A featured film of the experiment was distributed on the social media as well as on radio and television.
It involved specialists, public opinion influencers, and other active members of society in the public discussion process with the intention of helping everyone better understand the benefits that would come from the program‘s implementation.
