To facilitate better exchange of know how among different EU member states in the area of builders’ qualification related to close to zero energy buildings, Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) organized EU Exchange meeting in Brussels on 12th of November, 2014. Representatives of Regional Innovation Management Center and Lithuanian Builders Association had an opportunity in parallel sessions, among other topics like incentives or innovative training methods, to discuss necessary steps and procedures needed for the recognition of the training schemes at national and EU level as well as exploring the issue of market acceptance and training recognition by the building industry.
