The Regional Innovation Management Center has just started co-ordination of “Dare to say” YES “to retrofitting” initiative at national level. The aim of the initiative is to motivate the community  to take an active part in apartment house retrofittinig program, which is the key priority aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of multi-family houses. The social experiment initiated by the initiative will allow community members to look at the issue from different angles and perspectives. The featured film of the social experiment will be distributed on the social network, on the radio and television. It will also involve specialists, public opinion influencers, and other active members of society into public discussion process aimed at better understanding of benefits that come with implementation of the program.
